非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病危险因素探讨

摘　　要：对 10 0例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病病例进行 1∶ 1配对病例对照研究。单因素分析显示 :人均饮食月开支 ,喜食肥肉、奶类 ,甜食 ,肥胖 ,高血压和家族史共 7个因素与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病显著相关。对上述因素进行条件 logistic回归分析 ,结果表明 ,肥胖、喜食肥肉、家族史是非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的主要危险因素。A1∶ 1matched case- control study was conducted to investigate the risk factors for NIDDM in 1995.A total of 10 0 pairs of case and controls matched on sex,age and hopital of admission.Bivariate analysis revealed7factors significantly associated with NIDDM.Conditional logistic regression analysis showed that 3 of the 7fectors:obesity,greasy and family history of diabetes were risk factors for NIDDM.That might play important roles in the etiology of NIDDM.
