摘　　要：焊机在平台建造过程中大量使用,因此焊机仪表指示的精度对焊接工艺有很重要的作用。文章介绍了一般焊机显示仪表的检测方法,通过对显示仪表的原理分析,对各种焊机显示仪表进行分类。针对L incoln STT-10送丝机上数字显示表的检测问题,通过分析其内部电路和原理,确定利用单片机编程产生它所需要的信号,成功地解决这类仪表的检定问题,同时提供了一种焊机显示仪表的检测思路。Electric welder is largely used in platform construction process, so indication accuracy of welder instrument plays a very important role in welding technology. Common inspection method of display instrument for electric welder is introduced. Based on principle analysis of display instrument display instrument of welder is classified. In order to inspect digital display instrument of Lincoln STT- 10 wire - feeder, MCU was adopted. Verification problem of this kind of instrument was solved successfully. An inspection thought for display instrument of electric welder is provided.
