摘　　要：多级网络视频监控系统应用于具有复杂权限管理的跨区域多级部门、集团实施网络视频监控。本文论述了由多个单区域网络视频监控系统通过信息融合构成扁平状复合系统,进而结合包含区域权限信息的目录形成多级网络视频监控系统的设计过程;并实现了多级网络视频监控系统实时浏览的功能流程。The multi-level network video monitoring system applies to the video monitoring of multi-level depart- ments and groups with complicated rights-holding. This paper demonstrations a design which through the integration of in- formation a number of single-regional network monitoring system forms into a flat compound system, and then combined with the catalog implied the regional access restrictions a multi-level network video monitoring system is generated. The real-time monitoring function of the multi-level network video monitoring system is realized.
