摘 要:运用FAAS法快速测定镉镍电池材料用铜银合金中Pb、Bi、Sb含量,建立了Pb、Bi、Sb的共振线、灯电流、酸性介质等最佳实验条件。结果显示该方法具灵敏度高、选择性好、步骤简单、操作容易、干扰少等特点。测定样品的相对标准偏差均<1.0%(n=6)。标准加入回收率在97.0%~98.5%。方法适用于生产现场控制分析和样品系统分析,达到了实验室分析质量与质量控制的要求。In the present paper, the FAAS method was used to quick determine the lead, bismuth and antimony in Cu - Ag alloys in the cadmium - nickel battery. The optimum experimental conditions including the resonance thread, light spectrum pass band width, lamp current, acidity medium and ion interference appearance coexisting ete were established to make a synthetic consideration for interference factors. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference and good in selectivity. The RSD 〈 0. 1%. The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0% -98.5%. It is suitable to the control of lead, bismuth and antimony. The application practice has testified that the laboratory analysis quality and the qual- ity control requirement are achieved.
