摘　　要：武器装备体系作战需求分析是信息时代作战需求分析领域的新概念,对联合作战能力的发展意义重大。在深入研究美军的联合能力集成开发系统基础上,提出一种新的武器装备体系作战需求分析框架。该框架基于两项关键技术:作战任务形式化描述与作战能力量化,包含四个主要步骤:基本任务需求分析、作战能力需求分析、解决方案生成与事后独立分析。实验表明,该框架能有效地将联合作战概念、联合使命转换为相应的作战需求,具有很好的应用前景。As a new concept in the domain of operational requirement analysis（ORA） in information age, ORA of weapons SoS is significant to the development of joint combat capability. Through lueubrating Joint Capability Integration and Development System （JCIDS） of the US army,a new ORA framework about weapons SoS was proposed. The framework based on two pivotal technology： formal description of operational mission and quantification of combat capability. The main processes of the framework included requirement analysis of essential task , requirement analysis of combat capability, production of solution and post independent analysis. The experiments show that the framework can transform joint operation concepts and joint mission into relevant operational requirement effectively , and has wider application perspective.
