摘 要:在水声设备中,常用PZT压电陶瓷制作的水听器获取海洋信息。为了获得更高灵敏度的水听器,运用新配制的PLZT压电陶瓷材料,根据水听器的工作原理,设计并制作一空心圆柱状水听器。同时,在ANSYS的仿真平台上,建立该水听器有限元模型和水中流体模型,运用有限元方法对其进行模态,声压灵敏度(包括水中和空气中)计算,给出数据和图片仿真结果。结果表明,使用PLZT压电陶瓷材料研制出圆柱形水听器声压灵敏度比相同形状的PZT压电陶瓷水听器高4到5个分贝。Among the underwater acoustic equipments, hydrophone made of PZT piezoelectric ceramics is often used to gain ocean information. For getting higher sensitivity of the hydrophone, the paper analyzes the basic working principle of the hydrophone, designs and makes a hollow cylindrical hydrophone using new PLZT piezoelectric ceram- ics. And on the ANSYS simulating platform, the paper establishs a finite element model , including the fluid finite elements, puts up the calculation of modes and acoustic pressure sensitivity ( both in air and under water) by using finite element method, some data and pictures are shown to prove the simulation. The results indicate that the PLZT can be used to fabricate a cylinder hydrophone with a pressure sensitivity four or five decibel higher than that of the PZT hydrophone with the same shape.
