摘  要:目的:探讨外源性重组人转化生长因子-β1(recombinant human transforming growth factor-β1,rhTGF-β1)对异常应力环境下兔椎间盘组织蛋白多糖(PG)的影响,寻找预防和延缓椎间盘退变的方法。方法:将24只日本大耳兔随机分为正常组、模型治疗组和模型组。按要求处理8周后,测出颈椎间盘C5/6组织蛋白多糖主要组成糖氨多糖(glycosaminoglycan,GAG)的量。结果:正常组、模型治疗组中GAG含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05);而正常组与模型治疗组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:椎间盘组织退变的早期,rhTGF-β1可以抑制颈椎间盘(intervertebral disc,IVD)组织GAG的含量降低,从而起到预防和延缓椎间盘退变的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human transforming growth factor--β1 (rhTC-F-β1) on proteoglycan content in cervical disc tissue under abnormal stress so as to probe the method of preventing and retarding the degeneration of cervical disc in rabbits. Methods: Twenty--four Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into control group, treatment group and model group. Eight weeks after treatment, glycosaminoglyean (GAG) in C5/6 disc tissue was measured. Results:GAG in control group and treatment group were significantly higher than that of model group (P〈0.05), while there was no significant difference between control group and treatment group (P〉0.05). Conclusion:In the early stage of cervical disc degeneration, rhTGF-β1 might prevent and retard disc degeneration by inhibiting the decrease of GAG content in cervical disc.
