摘  要:将一维稳态流体网络方法应用到发动机空气冷却系统沿程压力、温度和流量预测中.该方法将空气系统简化为节点和元件组成的网络,节点和元件处建立守恒方程,在压力修正、流热耦合方法基础上引入系数迭代修正求解.程序应用到有经验关联式的模型中验证,计算结果与经验关系式吻合得较好.验证后的程序被应用到某发动机空气系统初步设计方案的校核和改进中,在模拟结果指导下的参数调整很好地满足了设计要求.A new program was developed to predict the pressure, temperature and mass flow rate of the flow in engine. The air system was simplified into a fluid network comprised of nodes and elements. One-dimensional conservation equations were solved by a method of combination of pressure-correction method, fluid-thermal coupled method and coefficient- correction method. The program was validated through a model with an empirical formula, and the results showed good agreement with the empirical formula. Then the program was used to verify and improve the preliminary design scheme of a jet engine. Results show that the adjusted design parameters obtained with the help of simulation results are satisfactory.
