摘　　要：涉众型经济犯罪是指涉及众多受害人,特别是涉及众多不特定受害群体的经济犯罪。有效地防范此类犯罪的发生对于稳定社会秩序,构建和谐社会具有重要的理论和实践意义。当前,我国的涉众型经济犯罪呈现出受害人众多,涉案金额大等特点,产生此类犯罪的原因涉及经济背景因素、主管部门的监管和被害人自身的问题等诸多因素,应着重从拓宽投资渠道、加强对投资资金的运作监督和增强投资者的理性投资意识等方面制定相应的防范对策。Economic crime involving the mass is defined that numerous victims are involved, especially, the economic crime involving non- specific group of victims. Effective prevention for those crimes has an important theoretical and practical significance in stabilizing social order and constructing harmonious society. At present, economic crime of this type in China has the characteristics with numerous victims participated and large amount of money involved. The cause of such crime involves many factors, including economic background, administrative departments in charge, and self- problems of victim. We should make the corresponding countermeasures of prevention through widening investment channels, strengthening supervision on capital funds and enhancing awareness of investor＇ s rational investment.
