β-内酰胺类抗生素对猪源链球菌体外抗菌活性的研究

摘  要:从东北地区采集的猪鼻腔棉拭子进行猪源链球菌分离纯化、兰氏分群、生化反应和药物敏感性分析。以美国临床检验标准委员会(NCCLS)的临界浓度作为判断标准,判定了猪源链球菌对8种β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药性。结果表明,检测的36株菌株均为血清D型,共得到10种生化反应编码。36株猪源链球菌对头孢拉定(CRD)的耐药率最高,达86.1%;对阿莫西林(AMO)耐药率最低,为14%;对头孢噻肟钠(CTX)、头孢曲松钠(CEF)、头孢唑林(CEZ)、青霉素G(PEN)、氨苄西林钠(AMP)、苯唑西林(OCL)的耐药率在16.7%~72.2%之间。β-内酰胺酶检测有8株为阳性。The isolation and purification of Streptococcus suis, Lancefield serum group, biochemical identification and antimicrobial sensitivity analysis were performed from nasal cavity swabin northeast areas of China in 2007. Isolates resistant to β-lactam antibiotics was based on MIC interpretative standards of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). It was found that the serotypes of the strains were all belonged to serotype D, and 10 biochemical codes were obtained for these strains. All strains were found to be the most resistant to cefradine(86.1%), but the most susceptible to amoxicillin(14%). The degree of resistance to cefotaxime, ceflriaxone, cefazolin, penicilin, ampicillin, oxacillin was between 16.7% and 72.2%. The test of β-lactamase showed that 8 strains Streptococcus suis was positive.
