摘 要:通过对近十年中66例医院获得性肺炎气管深部分泌物培养出的126株细菌进行分析,按前后5年分成A、B两组,两组在革兰菌群的分布上有显著差异(P<001),提示医院获得性肺炎细菌学在这十年中正发生着显著变化,耐药菌株已成为医院获得性肺炎的重要病原菌。药敏试验显示每株细菌对抗生素出现多重耐药性,此外条件致病菌也占有重要的地位。With the rise of the success in neonate emergency treatment and survival rate of newborn in NICU, people pay close more and more attention to the hospital infection. We collected 103 portions secretion in depth trachea from 66 patients wih hospital acquired pneumonia throagh tracheal intubation, finding 126 strains bacteria by culture. All cases were divided into two groups(A、B), according to front and back five years of patient admission. There was significant difference in gram's flora distribution in these two groups indicated there was being significant changes in iatrogenic pneumonea bacteriology in recent ten years. Drugresistant strains (specially drug fast gram positive coccus infection rising gradually) become predominant pathogenic bacteria in iatrogenic pneumonia. Drug sensitive test showed every strain had multiplicity drug tolerance of antibiotics (specially of β lactam antibiotics).Besides, conditioned pathogenic bacteria were in important position in hospital acquired pneumonea pathogen, while the use of broad spectrum antibiotics was a significant factor of causing flora imbalance.
