摘　　要：从目前海外承包工程项目在实践中内部管理控制的重点,即物资流通管理;探讨新形势下物资管理从采购、储存、消耗三个阶段的控制要点,从而节约物资成本和资金成本。Judging from the current contracted projects overseas in practice, the focus of internal management controls, that is, material flow management, and explore the control points of three phases： the procurement, storage, consumption, thus find the way of saving material costs and the cost of capital.
