摘　　要：光电信号采集分析系统是一种基于自动测试技术的光感器件测试系统,同时引入了提高系统测试可靠性和效率的算法。依次介绍了测试系统的组成以及工作原理,并简单介绍了测试系统的工作过程和在整个工作过程中出现的问题以及这些问题的解决方法。测试过程显示整个系统工作正常且稳定,能可靠地采集分析数据,达到了提高测试效率的目的。Based on simple introduction of automatic signal collecting and analyzing system＇s features, this paper defines a signal collecting and analyzing system aiming at testing light - sensitive apparatus, and also the arithmetics of improring system＇s stability and efficiency. This paper introduces the composition of the testing system in turn,and also process of the system and the problems encountered in the process is introduced. The whole testing course shows the system works in gear, can soundly collect and analyse the datas,achieve the goal of raising efficiency.
