摘　　要：针对矿山企业物资采购的特点,分析传统采购存在的问题,提出基于供应链环境下的采购策略,以达到降低物流成本,提高企业经济效益的目的。For the characteristics of material procurement of mine enterprises, this paper analyzed existing problems of tradition purchase and put forward procurement strategy based on supply chain, which to achieve lower logistics cost and improve economic effectiveness of enterprise.
