摘　　要：本文综述了FSHβ亚基基因AIu I插入片断多态性及FSHβ亚基基因在猪、牛、羊、鸡、牦牛和东北虎等动物中的研究进展，为今后以FSHβ亚基基因作为候选基因对动物繁殖性状的改良提供参考。目前关于FSHβ亚基基因作为动物繁殖性状候选基因之一已有许多报道，其中FSHβ亚基基因AIu I插入片断多态性足研究者关注的热点之一。关于猪、牛、羊和鸡等家畜家禽以及牦牛和东北虎等保护动物的繁殖力特性研究表明，FSHβ亚基基困具有一定的多态性水平，并且与动物繁殖性状有一定的关联性，所以，FSHβ亚基基因是理想的提高动物繁殖性状的主效基因之一。Lots of researches have been reported about FSHβ subunit gene as one of the candidate genes controlling the animals＇ reproductive traits. Among them, the research of polymorphism caused by Alu I inserted fragment mutation is a spot. According to the reports of the reproductive traits among animals such as swine, cattle, goat, yak , tiger and so on, FSHβ subunit gene does have polymorphism in certain level and is linked with the reproductive traits of animals. So, FSHβ subunit gene is considered to be one of the most ideal main genes to increase animals＇ reproductive quality. This summary discusses the research progress of FSHβ subunit gene＇s AIu I inserted fragment polymorphism and the researches among several animals, and hopes to provide some reference resources to ameliorate animals＇ reproductive traits.
