摘　　要：内河港航企业发展物流战略有利于促进内河航运企业有效地降低物流成本,减少无效劳动,提高经济效益和服务水平,有利于内河航运企业与运输、仓储、联运、集装箱等企业结成合作联盟、构建产业链,以提升物流企业的市场竞争力。文章通过内河港航企业物流发展现状及制约因素分析,提出了应对措施。The inland port and shipping enterprises develop logistics strategy, which is able to promote the inland shipping enterprises to reduce their logistics cost, reduce their void labor, enhance economic efficiency and service level, and is benefit for the inland shipping enterprises and transportation, warehousing, through transportation, containers enterprises and so on forming a cooperation union, constructing the industrial chain, to promote the logistics enterprises＂ market competitiveness. This paper analyzes the inland shipping enterprises＂ developing situation and their constraints, then puts forward response measures.
