提前期因素在装备器材供应需求变异中的影响分析

摘　　要：装备器材供应中的需求变异现象是长期影响部队装备保障的难题,文章依据需求变异提前期因素的最新研究进展,结合我军器材供应的实际模式和操作流程,提出通过缩短提前期和优化提前期分布的应用策略来抑制装备器材供应中的需求变异。Demand variation in the equipment material supplying is a long-existence problem that affects the equipment guarantee in the army. The article track the up-to-date research achievement in the factor of demand lead time, combining with the supply mode and operational procedures of the material supply, brought out an application tactic by shorten and rearrangement of the demand lead time to restrain the variation.
