摘　　要：结合目前现代物流行业的发展趋势及淮矿物流产业的现状,运用物流工程化的思想,设计出一套符合淮矿物流产业实际状况的企业模型,并从初级、中级、高级3个阶段分别阐述淮矿物流企业的发展方向,最后指出物流企业成本与物流产业规模之间的关系,以及金融产品在物流行业中的应用。According to the trends of the modern logistics industry and the status of the Huainan mining logistics industry, use the ideas of the logistics engineering to design a set of enterprise model which fit in with the actual situation of the Huainan mining logistics industry, and expatiate on the direction of development of the Huainan mining logistics industry from the stage of the primary, intermediate to the advanced, finally point out the relationship of the logistics cost and the logistics scale, and the application of the financial products in logistics industry.
