摘 要:目的研究氯仿对大鼠皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法对3天龄SD大鼠的活体皮肤进行氯仿涂搽、接触10和20min的处理,采用静式渗透模型,以氚水经皮渗透量作为皮肤屏障功能的评价指标。结果3个氯仿接触组的氚水经皮渗透量均随时间递增,高于对照组,并在一定时点具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且3个氯仿接触组的氚水经皮渗透量的大小顺序为氯仿接触20min>接触10min>涂搽。结论经氯仿处理后皮肤的屏障功能降低,与皮肤接触氯仿的水平相关。URPOSE To investigate effects of chloroform on skin barrier function of rat.METHODS An in vitro skin model of threedayold rat skin was used. The tritium water penetration amount through skin was applied as an index of evaluating skin barrier function.RESULTS Tritium water penetration amount through skin treated by chloroform were increased with time, and significantly higher than the control at some times (P<0.05). The order of tritium water penetration amount through skin treated by chloroform among three exposed group was contact 20min group >contact 10min group>scrub group.CONCLUSIONS Skin barrier function decreased after exposed to chloroform,and related with the exposed level of chloroform.
