摘  要:目的研究氯仿对大鼠皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法对3天龄SD大鼠的活体皮肤进行氯仿涂搽、接触10和20min的处理,采用静式渗透模型,以氚水经皮渗透量作为皮肤屏障功能的评价指标。结果3个氯仿接触组的氚水经皮渗透量均随时间递增,高于对照组,并在一定时点具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且3个氯仿接触组的氚水经皮渗透量的大小顺序为氯仿接触20min>接触10min>涂搽。结论经氯仿处理后皮肤的屏障功能降低,与皮肤接触氯仿的水平相关。URPOSE To investigate effects of chloroform on skin barrier function of rat.METHODS An in vitro skin model of threedayold rat skin was used. The tritium water penetration amount through skin was applied as an index of evaluating skin barrier function.RESULTS Tritium water penetration amount through skin treated by chloroform were increased with time, and significantly higher than the control at some times (P<0.05). The order of tritium water penetration amount through skin treated by chloroform among three exposed group was contact 20min group >contact 10min group>scrub group.CONCLUSIONS Skin barrier function decreased after exposed to chloroform,and related with the exposed level of chloroform.
