干酪素法测定不同产地金樱子中鞣质类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立稳定的干酪素法测定金樱子中鞣质的方法。方法:经过方法学考察,优化条件选择干酪素400mg,1.5%Na2CO3显色后30min测定金樱子中鞣质的含量。结果:该方法线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.0639C+0.0553(r=0.9993),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.85%。结论:该方法可以快速、准确用于测定金樱子中鞣质的含量,测定了8个不同产地金樱子中鞣质的含量,西安产地的含量最高3.96%。To establish a stable method for determining the tannins in Rosa laevigata Michx. by casein method. The optimum conditions of determination were adopting 400mg caseins, adding 1.5% Na2CO3 and detemining after 30 min. The selected method has a good liner dependance. The average recovery of tannin acid was 100.5%, RSD： 1.85%. The method is rapid and reliable for the determination of tannins in Rosa laevigata Michx. and determined the contents of the fruits in eight different disturbs and xi＇an＇s content has the highest, 3.96%.
