摘  要:目的:观察加减地黄饮子对糖尿病大鼠海马CA1区神经元c-fos表达的影响。方法:腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制作糖尿病大鼠模型,于造模4周后以免疫组化法观察加减地黄饮子对糖尿病大鼠海马CA1区神经元c-fos表达的影响。结果:加减地黄饮子防治组大鼠海马CA1区神经元c-fos阳性细胞密度和平均光密度(8.13±1.70,0.46±0.08)较糖尿病组(9.25±2.36,0.56±0.06)均降低(P<0.05)。结论:加减地黄饮子可以有效防治糖尿病大鼠海马神经元退行性变化。Objective: To investigate the effect of modified Dihuang decoction on expression of c-los positive neuron in hippocampal CA1 area in diabetic rats. Methods: The diabetic rat models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). 4 weeks later, the expression of c-los was detected by immuno-histocbemistry. Results: Compared with diabetes group ( 9.25±2.36, 0.56 ±0.06 ) , the positive cell's density and average light density ( 8.13±1.70, 0.46±0.08 ) of c-fos positive neuron in hippocampal CA1 area in diabetic rats which were prevented and treated with modified Dihuang decoction both decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Modified Dihuang decoction can prevent and treat the degeneration of hippocampus in diabetic rats.
