摘　　要：随着苏东剧变的开始,波兰等中东欧国家也开始了向"非共产化"的转型,移民问题随之出现。移民潮不仅解构了波兰民族结构,而且冲击了波兰政府的人口政策,进而影响了欧盟和中东欧国家在地缘政治上的权力重构。In the wake of the drastic changes in the former Soviet Union and East Europe, Poland and other Middleast Europe countries started the transition called ＂non-communization＂, which resulted in a migration tide. This migration tide not only broke down the Polish national structure, but also assaulted the government＇s population policy, influencing the power re-structure in geopolitics between EU and middleast Europen countries.
