摘　　要：自１９８４年至１９９５年９年间，本中心在复习国内外文献的基础上，自行设计了颈后三角推进皮瓣矫治颈蹼畸形共６例，经过６月至１０年随访均获得较好临床疗效。在发际抬高、切口隐蔽、颈改善方面较颈外侧皮瓣法及Ｚ改形法具有自身特有的优越性。For treatment of webbed Neck Deformity we designed a back cervical friangle advancement flap bsing on reviewing internal and external articles during 9 years from 1984 to 1995,we treated 6 with webbed neck deformity using this flap.The treated results are good chinic effects after following up these patients 6 months to 10 years after operation in these facts:1.bair edge raised.2.incision shaden.3.shape of neck improved.4.No incision of flank neck.5.method simplified.We concluded that if is beter flan exterior cervical flap and modified “Z” plastic method.
