摘　　要：巨乳症有许多手术方法。１９９０～１９９７年间，我们自行设计“无纵行切口巨乳缩小成形术”经治１６例巨乳症，并经过术后３月至２年的随访。此术式可避免常见的纵行切口痕，维护乳房的整体外形，乳头乳晕感觉较好，切口隐蔽，泌哺乳功能存在等优点。There are many operations for macromastia.The operation used in 16 patients with macromastia was reduction mammoplasty with non-longitudinal incision which was designed from 1990 to 1997.All of the patients were followed up from 3 months to 7 years after operation.The operation had the following advantages such as:non-longitudinal incision,good shape of the breast,better sensation preserved over the nipple-areola,hidden incision and preservation of galactobotic function,etc.
