摘　　要：以翔实的资料对2008年我国稻米生产、消费、进出口、供求、库存、价格走势以及国际稻米供求情况和国家稻谷购销政策等进行了全面地分析,对影响2009年稻米市场价格走势的各种因素进行了深入研究,并在此基础上对2009年我国稻米市场价格走势进行了预测,结论是市场价格走势上下两难,基本围绕着政策价格波动。With full and accurate data, the yield, consumption, import-export, supply-demand, storage, price trend of national rice as well as global rice supply-demand situation and governmental rice buy policy and so on in 2008 were analyzed, and the factors effected rice price trends in 2009 were studied in-depth. Based on the aforementioned analysis, the rice price trend in china market in 2009 was forecasted, the conclusion is that rice price will be in a dilemma between up and down, fluctuations around the policy price basically.
