消渴平胶囊对糖尿病合并高血压大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察消渴平胶囊对2型糖尿病合并高血压大鼠的疗效及对正常小鼠空腹血糖水平的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法①将70只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、消渴平高、中、低剂量组,除空白组外,其余5组用手术致大鼠左侧肾动脉狭窄加小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造成实验性2型糖尿病合并高血压动物模型,通过灌服不同的药物,观察动物的症状及检测各项指标。②将50只健康昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、消渴平高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组以消渴丸灌胃,消渴平高、中、低剂量组以不同剂量灌胃,连续7d,实验结束测定小鼠空腹血糖。结果消渴平胶囊能改善糖尿病高血压大鼠的一般情况和体征;降低血糖、血脂;抑制血压升高;改善血粘度;降低血清丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性及血清胰岛素水平,且对正常小鼠空腹血糖水平无不良影响。结论消渴平胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压是有效的。Objective To observe the effect of XiaoKeping capsule in rats with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension （T2DH） and on the fasting blood glucose of normal mice. Methods （1） 70 rats were divided randomly into blank control group, model group, positive control group and Xiaokeping capsule groups with different doses respectively. The models were established with the left renal artery stenosis by operation and peritoneal injection of low dose of streptozotocin. The rats were gavaged with different drugs for 28 days, and the general state of health were observed and various indexes were detected. （2） 50 Kunming mice were divided randomly into 5 groups according to the weight, the positive control group were administrated with Xiaoke pill, and Xiaokeping capsule groups were administrated with different doses of Xiaokeping capsule for 7 days, and the fasting blood glucose was detected at the end. Results XiaoKeping capsule can improve the symptoms and signs of rats with T2DH, decrease blood glucose and blood fat, restrain hoist of blood pressure, improve blood viscosity, decrease the content of malondialdehyde, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase and serum insulin level, and has no bad effect on the fasting blood glucose of healthy mice. Conclusion XiaoKeping capsule has favourable therapeutic effect on T2DH.
