益肾壮骨祛风除湿法防治类风湿性关节炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究顽痹定痛丸对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及可溶性白细胞介素-1(SIL-1)等炎症细胞因子的影响。方法将50只小鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常对照组、双氯灭痛注射液组、顽痹定痛丸大、中、小剂量组,每日灌胃给药1次,连续21d。结果顽痹定痛丸组可抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌白细胞介素和肿瘤坏死因子等炎症细胞因子。结论顽痹定痛丸对炎症细胞因子有较强的免疫抑制作用,疗效优于双氯灭痛。Objective To investigate the effect of Wanbi Dingtong （TNF-α and soluble interleukin-1 （SIL-1） in mouse peritoneal macrophages pill on tumor necrosis factor Methods 50 mice were di vided randomly into 5 groups, western medicine group were treated with hypodermic injection of diclofenac sodium and Wanbi Dingtong pill groups were gastric perfused with different doses of Wanbi Dingtong pill re- spectively for 21 days. Results Wanbi Dingtong pill can inhibit the production of TNF-α and SIL-1 in mouse peritoneal maerophages. Conclusion Wanbi Dingtong pill has immunosuppressive action on inflammatory cell factor and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of diclofenac sodium.
