摘　　要：通过文献综述及逻辑分析,从竞技状态发展的时相性特征与训练时期的划分,及竞技状态的持续时间等方面,对竞技状态的培养与保持进行了理论解析。Through literature review and logic analysis, this paper have explained and analyzed the training and maintenance of competitive state in the aspects of the characteristics of the developmental time phase and the division of training time of competitive state, duration of competitive state and so on.
