摘　　要：窑尾预热器是水泥厂的关键设备之一，新开发的TC—DD炉型窑尾预热器在充分研究了现有的窑尾预热器的使用情况及所存在的问题的基础上，对旋风筒、风管、锁风阀、点火烟囱等设备进行了优化设计。Preheater at the kiln feed end is one of the to the key equipments in cement plant. The newly - developed Type TC-DD preheater is a system which takes accounts of the operating experiences and problems happened in ecisting preheaters, on which the optimized designs of cyclone,ducting, air locking valve the stack for starting, etc, are based.
