摘　　要：调整国民收入城乡分配格局是破解"三农"问题的关键,是加快社会主义新农村建设的必由之路。本文在分析调整国民收入城乡分配格局的必要性、目标和要求的基础上,提出了调整国民收入城乡分配格局的对策建议。Adjusting the structure of national income distribution between urban and rural area, is the key of solving the three rural issues, is the only way to accelerate the building of new socialist countryside. This thesis points out the tactics of adjusting the structure of national income distribution between urban and rural area, on the base of analyzing the necessary, objectives and requirements.
