摘　　要：针对松嫩平原西部地区的生态环境背景和现状,结合该区农业生产地处农牧交错带的特点,论述了生态环境恢复与经济发展之间的关系;阐述了生态环境恢复与重建的指导思想和原则;提出了遵循生态学原理,以发展效益农业为中心的产业化开发对策。The guiding ideology and principle on restoration and rebuilding of the ecological environment was elaborated unifying local the agricultural production characteristic in agro-pasture ecotone, through discussing the relationship between the environment restoration and economy development under the eco-environmentai background and present situation in western ecological environment. The development of benefit agriculture, which was taken as the central agricultural industrialization countermeasures, was proposed to carry on agro-biological management based on ecological principle.
