摘 要:提出了用硼酸作粘合剂,粉末压片-X-射线荧光光谱法测定稀土硅铁合金中锰硅铝钙钛的方法。参照国标提供的稀土硅铁合金9个牌号的不同规格,以稀土硅铁标准样品为基体,通过添加不同量光谱纯试剂自配4个人工标准样品,与5个市售标准样品一起绘制校准曲线,对强度漂移及基体效应进行了校正。探讨了试料片的制备条件,并对甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素(M=9)、乙基纤维素(M=90)、淀粉和硼酸5种粘合剂的吸水率进行了试验。结果表明,硼酸的吸水率最小且性质稳定,易于成型,对待测元素没有影响。方法用于稀土硅铁合金中锰硅铝钙钛的测定,结果与国标方法测定结果基本吻合。精密度试验表明,待测元素的相对标准偏差在0.64%~6.54%之间,能满足稀土硅铁合金中各元素的检测要求。A method for the determination of Mn, Si, Al, Ca and Ti in rare earth ferrosilicon alloy by X ray fluorescence spectrometry using boric acid as adhesive of pressing powder was proposed. Referring to various specifications of nine brands of rare earth ferrosilicon alloys in national standard, with certified reference materials of rare earth ferrosilicon as matrix, four artificial standard samples were prepared by adding various spectroscopically pure reagents. Then the calibration curve was drawn with these four samples and five commercial standard samples, by which the intensity shift and matrix effect were corrected. The preparation conditions of sample pellet were investigated. The water absorption of five adhesives including methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose (M=9), ethyl cellulose (M= 90), starch and boric acid was studied. The results showed that boric acid had the smallest water absorption and stable property. Moreover, it was easy to mould and had no influence on determined elements. This method was applied to the determination of Mn, Si, Al, Ca and Ti in rare earth ferrosilicon alloy, and the results were in coincidence with those obtained by national standard method. The precision results showed that RSD was 0.64%- 6.54%, which could satisfy the determination de- mand of each elements in rare earth ferrosilieon alloy.
