摘 要:分别对两种不同同位素丰度的Li2CO3原料进行纯化,制备了Li2CO3锂同位素实验室标准物质及其稀释剂,并对标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行测试。建立了基于同位素稀释质谱法原理的锂同位素丰度准确测定的绝对测量技术,对标准物质进行定值。测量IRMM016锂同位素标准物质,验证标准物质定值的可靠性。标准物质定值及其不确定度评定结果显示,在95%的置信水平下,研制的实验室锂同位素标准物质的7Li同位素丰度值为(91.538±0.019)%。Two kinds of Li2CO3 materials with different isotope abundance were purified, respectively. The reference material of lithium isotope for laboratory and its spike were prepared. The homogeneity and stability of the reference material were tested. A accurate absolutely measuring technique of lithium isotope abundance based on isotopic dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) theory was established. The characterisation of the reference material was done by means of this technique. Lithium isotope reference material (IRMM 016) was measured, and the reliability of the characterisation of the reference material was validated. The results of the characterisation and the evaluated uncertainty of the reference material showed that the ^7Li isotope abundance of the prepared reference material was (91. 538±0. 019)% at the 95% confidence level.
