摘 要:采用离散数据分析方法—斜率变点分析法对无反冲洗条件下超滤短期运行时的膜通量进行分析,得出超滤膜污染过程中的"临界时间",从而在理论上指导超滤运行过程中的最佳在线反冲洗周期;随后对超滤在不同反冲洗周期运行的过程进行试验验证,结果发现最佳反冲洗周期与超滤"临界时间"保持一致,实验结果支持了这种确定在线反冲洗周期的方法,该方法对超滤的实际应用具有一定意义.The discrete data analyzing method was used - slope change point analysis to analyze the changes of ultrafiltration permeate flux without backwash, a critical time t1 of the fouling in ultrafiltration process was obtained from the data analysis, which guides the determination of optimal period of online backwash in ultrafiltration operation theoretically. Then a series of test under different backwash periods was carried out, and another optimal online backwash period t2 was obtained also by slope change point analysis, which was in agreement with the first calculated critical time t1. Thus the experimental result supports this data analysis approach to determine the optimal period of online backwash, which has significant value in guiding practical ultrafiltration operations.
