送鉴视听资料鉴定常遇问题及解决方法

摘　　要：目前,为了保证保障公共安全的需要,在很多重要或公共场所,依法设置了监控视听记录探头,以记录偶然发生事故或事件的现场信息,这些监控记录视听资料必须经过严格的鉴定,以鉴别其质量及法律效果。本文归纳在鉴定送检资料中常遇到的问题并提出相应的解决方法。Presently, for the sake of public security, in many important or public places, audio-video monitoring probes are installed following the law to record audio-visual supervision information of any accident or event casually happened at site. The thus obtained audio-video materials have to be strictly identified to appraise their quality and legal value. This paper summarized common problems occurred in those audio-visual monitoring materials applied for identification and methods for their solution.
