摘　　要：在认识威客和了解威客出现背景的基础上,简要介绍了威客模式网站,分析了威客的商业模式,并结合典型的威客网站了解威客商业模式,指出威客网站运作中存在的一些问题,提出了一些应对策略。Based on recognizing Witkey and understanding the background on that Witkey occurs, this paper briefly introduces some websites with Witkey model, analyzes the business models of Witkey, and connecting with some typical Witkey websites, understands the business models of Witkey, points out some problems existing in the working model of Witkey websites, and puts forward some corresponding strategies.
