摘　　要：阐述了院系资料室在高校图书管理中的作用,分析了图书管理工作中存在的问题,提出了相应的措施和建议。This paper expounds the functions of the reference room of colleges and departments in the book management of university, analyzes the problems existing in the book management, and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions.
