摘　　要：指出了创建学习型基层信贷队伍的重要意义,剖析了创建学习型基层信贷队伍存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了创建学习型基层信贷队伍的设想,即引入奖惩机制、加强沟通和团结协作。This paper points out the importance of creating the learning-type basic-level credit-loan team, analyzes the main problems existing in creating the learning-type basic-level credit-loan team, and based on this, puts forward the assumptions of creating the learning-type basic-level credit-loan team, which include introducing the system of rewards / and penalties and strengthening the communication and cooperation.
