安徽省科技投入与经济增长的实证研究

摘　　要：科技进步会带来经济增长,科技的发展需要科技投入。在安徽省与同期全国科技投入对比分析的基础上,文章运用灰色关联分析方法对安徽省的科技投入和经济增长数据进行量化分析,得出了安徽省经济增长与科技投入间的显著正相关关系。同时对经济增长与财政科技拨款线性回归,据此,文中最后提出一些安徽省科技投入的财政政策建议。The progress of science＆technology（S＆T） which will lead to economic growth needs the investment. After compared the national data of economic growth and the S＆T investment with the data of Anhui Province, the article uses the Grey Correlation Analysis and data of Anhui Province for quantitative analysis. The article arrives at a conclusion of the significant associations of economic growth and S＆T investment. The article also analyses fiscal investment in S＆T and economic growth based on linear regression and gives some suggestions in fiscal policy of S＆T investment of Anhui Province.
