摘  要:针对超磁致伸缩薄膜对驱动磁场的要求,设计了一种能产生高均匀度、高强度磁场的赫姆霍茨线圈,并对该线圈的尺寸结构进行了优化设计,同时对磁场轴向和径向的均匀度进行了理论计算和ANSYS仿真。实验验证了该线圈提供的驱动磁场具有很高的均匀度和足够的强度。在此基础上进一步探索性地研究了薄膜内部磁场的动态特性。Uniformity and intensity of drive magnetic field applied in giant magnetostrictive film is the main guarantee for the phenomenon of magnetostriction; also is the key in the research of magnetic-mechanical coupling properties of positive and negative giant magnetostrictive film. Aiming at the requirement of drive magnetic field, one Helmholtz coil with high uniformity and intensity of magnetic field was designed. Moreover, the dimension of the coil's structure was optimally designed, and the magnetic uniformity of axis and radial was calculated in theory and emulated by ANSYS. In the experiment, high uniformity and intensity of the magnetic field were verified, which satisfied the design requirement of magnetic field. Meanwhile fine dynamic response character was indicated with respect to the inner magnetic field of giant magnetostrictive film, which could be used for the further study of magnetostrictive drive devices.
