浅谈摩托车节气门开度传感器

摘　　要：化油器摩托车配置节气门开度传感器时,CDI对点火提前角的控制更为精准,有利于提高发动机性能,降低噪声和排放;对于电喷摩托车节气门开度传感器更是不可或缺。通过提高高温状态下电阻元件的耐磨性,可使摩托车节气门开度传感器满足高精度、宽温度使用范围和较高使用寿命的要求。使用非接触式磁阻角度传感器,可以提高摩托车节气门开度传感器的精度和稳定性,增加寿命,具有较高的实用价值。When a carburetor engine for motorcycles is equipped with a throttle opening sensor, the CDI will more accurately control the ignition advance angle, which is conducive to the improvement of the engine performance and reduction of noise and emissions. And a throttle opening sensor is greatly indispensible for electronic-injection motorcycles. The high accuracy, wider range of temperature and higher service life will be obtained by means of increasing the wearing resistance of the resistive elements at higher temperature. The application of the non-contact magneto-resistence angle sensor can improve the accuracy and stability, and increase the life of the throttle opening sensor showing great practicability.
