化油器本体盲孔螺纹的加工分析及工艺改进

摘  要:采用改造的平底端螺旋槽丝锥加工及微乳化液的冷却、清洗,解决了化油器PZ19本体盲孔螺纹加工的难点,对盲孔螺纹的加工质量及丝锥寿命有明显影响,大大提高了合格率。经实践证明,该工艺改进具有很好的使用性,可使加工综合成本明显降低。随着湛江德利化油器有限公司向汽车零部件的转型,该方案还有待在汽车零部件方面进一步验证及改进。The difficulty in machining blind hole threads of the PZ19 carburetor was overcome with the aid of the machining by the system-changed flat-bottom spiral tap and less-emulsified liquid for cooling and rinsing, which produces better influence on the improvement of the machining quality of blind hole threads and the life of the tap, and increases the acceptance rate. The practice shows that the technological improvement is good in adaptability and greatly beneficial to reduction of the composite cost. But with the shift of Zhanjiang Deli Carburetor Company to auto parts production, whether the solution mentioned-above is suitable for the new case remains a question.
