摘  要:目的探讨黄连多糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。方法用扩散法研究黄连多糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,并选用黄连水提液和盐酸小檗碱作为对照。结果黄连水提液和小檗碱对菌体均有抑菌效果,黄连水提液的抑菌效果尤为明显;黄连多糖没有抑菌作用。结论黄连多糖在体外条件下,不具有对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。Objective To research the in vitro growth inhibitory effect of Coptis chinensis polysaccharide, berberine and aqueous extract solution on Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus. Methods Dispersion method was used to observed the inhibitory effect of aqueous extract solution on Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus withberberine and Coptis chinensis polysaccharide as the compared samples. Results The aqueous extract solution and berberine had effect of growth inhibition on bacteria, and the an- tibacterial effect of aqueous extract solution was very obvious ; Coptis chinensis polysaccharide did not have the effect of growth in- hibition on bacteria. Conclusion Coptis chinensis polysaccharide may not have the effect of growth inhibition on Escherichia coli, stap hylococcus aureus.
