摘  要:目的研究复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。方法含有挥发油类成分的药材采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取;水溶性成分煎煮提取,采用正交实验法进行优选,薄层-紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果挥发油提取最佳工艺:10倍量水,温浸0.5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取4 h;水溶性成分提取最佳工艺:10倍量水,煎煮两次,2 h/次。结论该方法简便可行,可作为复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。Objective To research the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid. Methods Volatile oils which are active ingredients of the medicinal materials were extracted by steam distillation method ; water - soluble components which are active ingredients were extracted by boiling methods, optimized by orthogonal test and determined by TLC - UV speetrophotometry. Results The optimum technological conditions for extracting volatile oil were as follows:the ratio of water to sample was 10:1, the time of warm - infusion was 0.5R,Steam distillation time was 4 h;the water soluble constituents were extracted with water( 10 times of the materials) for 2 times, two hours each time. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, can be used as the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid.
