摘  要:目的优选超临界CO2萃取薤白挥发油成分的工艺条件。方法通过正交实验,以萃取的压力、温度、时间为主要因素,考察薤白挥发油的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为压力15 MPa,温度30℃,时间3 h,其挥发油得率为1.093%,是水蒸气蒸馏法得率(0.296%)的3.7倍。结论超临界萃取具有耗时少、效率高等优点,适合批量生产。Objective To choose the optimal extraction conditions from the volatile oils of Bulbuz Allii Macrostemonis by supercritical carbon dioxide. Methods The orthogonal experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions, and the factors were pressure, temperature, time and the yield of extraction. Results The optimal conditions : pressure 15 MPa, temperature 30℃ and time 3 hours. Under the above optimal conditions,the yield of the volatile oils was 1. 093% ,which was 3.7 times of the yield(0. 296% ) of stream distillation. Conclusion The extraction by supercritical carbon dioxide has advantages such as high effect, short time etc. and it can be used in factory.
