摘  要:目的建立辛兰芷喷雾剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对辛夷、连翘、白芷进行定性分析;应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对腺苷进行含量测定,流动相为甲醇-水(10:90);流速1ml·min^-1;检测波长260nm。结果薄层色谱法可准确地对辛夷、白芷、连翘进行定性鉴别;腺苷在0.08~4.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均回收率为99.63%(RSD=1.79%,n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为该辛兰芷喷雾剂的质量控制标准。Objective To establish quality standard for Xinlanzhi Spray. Methods Flos Magnoliae, Forsythia Suspensa, Radis Angelicae Dahuricae were identified through TLC. The content of adenosine was assayed in Xinlanzhi Spray by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -warter( 10:90) ;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the UV detection wavelength was 260nm. Results - Flos Magnoliae, Forsythia Suspensa, Radis Angelicae Dahuricae could be indentified by TLC. There was good lineafity of adenosine within the range of 0.08 - 4.0μg ( r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 99.63% with of RSD = 1.79% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, repeatable, and can be used as the quality control of Xinlanzhi Spray.
