摘 要:目的对岗松进行分析研究,测定岗松中槲皮素含量,为岗松的质量标准制定提供方法和依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定岗松中槲皮素含量。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(4.6mm×250am,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(50:50:0.45:0.2),检测波长370nm,柱温室温,流速1ml/min。结果槲皮素在0.08—0.48μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.64%,RSD为1.65%(n=9)。结论该法简便可行,重复性好,可作为岗松中槲皮素的含量测定方法。Objective To develop a method for determining the content of quercetin in the natural herb of Baeckeafrutescens L.. Methods An HPLC method was set up to determine the content of quercetin in Baeckeafrutescens L. ,using lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column, and methanol - water - phosphoric acid - triethylamine ( 50 : 50 : 0.45 : 0.2 ) as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 370 nm, with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min at room temperature. Results A good linear was obtained in the range of 0.08 ~ 0.48μg and the average recovery wasl00.64%, RSD was 1.65% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, and with good reproducibility for the determination of quercetin in Baeckea frutescens L.
