反相高效液相色谱法测定野菊花中蒙花苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立野菊花中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱（RP—HPLC）法，在室温下，C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；甲醇-水-冰醋酸（52：46：2）为流动相；检测波长334nm。结果蒙花苷的线性范N0．05～2．5μg，r=0．9999（n=10）；平均回收率99．2％，RSD：2．4％（n=6）。结论该法可作为野菊花药材的质量评价方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of linarin in Flos Chrysanthemi lndici by RP- HPLC. Methods The chromatographic condition included a Cls column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） and the mobile phase consisting of methanol- wateracetic acid glacial （52： 46： 2） and the absorbance was monitored at 334nm. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.05 - 2.5μg for linarin, r = 0.999 9 （ n = 10）. The average recovery was 99.2% （ n = 6） and the RSD was 2.4%. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
