摘  要:目的观察花生种皮醋酸乙酯及乙醇提取部位对血小板减少型小鼠血细胞数的影响。方法分别将花生种皮的醋酸乙酯提取部位和75%醇提部位设置成高、中、低3个剂量组,以重组人白介素-11(rh1L-11)为阳性组,另设空白组与模型组。小鼠灌胃给药2 d后,环磷酰胺造模。造模的同时持续给药,第12天摘眼球取血观察对外周血小板及相关血细胞的影响。结果与模型组比较,除醋酸乙酯低剂量组外,其余各给药组均能显著提高血小板数(P<0.01)。大多数给药组在一定程度上增加红细胞及白细胞数目。结论花生种皮的醋酸乙酯及乙醇提取部位均可提高血细胞水平,改善血细胞状况。Objective To study the effect of ethyl acetate extract and ethanol extract from peanut seed capsule on the number of blood corpuscle in decreasing hemoblast's model mice. Methods Ethyl acetate extract and ethanol extract were divided into three groups respectively. The positive group with rhlL - 11 and the normal group and the model group were set up. Decreasing hemoblast's model mice were given extract of peanut seed capsule while dealing with cyclophosphamide. 12 days later, the effect on hemoblast and relative blood corpuscle were observed. Results Compared with the model group, some groups increased the number of hemoblast obviously except for the low - dose acid ethylester group and increase the number of WBC and RBC. Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract and ethanol extract from peanut seed capsule can increase the level of blood corpuscle and improve its status.
