摘 要:目的利用膜分离技术分离纯化白藜芦醇,减少污染。方法虎杖苷液态发酵后浓缩,用60%的乙醇以1∶8的料液比在常温下提取,过滤得到滤液,然后将滤液用两级膜进行处理,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测白藜芦醇的纯度。结果经微滤膜处理后白藜芦醇的纯度达30.5%,再经超滤膜处理,纯度达55.8%。结论该方法可降低生产成本,不使用有毒有害的溶剂,实现清洁生产。Objective The membrane separation technology used in the purification of resveratro and reducing pollution were studied. Methods After liquid state fermentation, resveratro was extracted by 60% ethanol at room temperature, solid/liquid ratio 1:8, the filtrate was obtained by filtering, and dealt it with two membrane equipments , the purity of resveratrol was detected by HPLC . Results The purity of Resveratro reached 30.5% after the microfiltration membrane, and after the uhrafihration mem- brane the purity of resveratro could reach 55.8%. Conclusion This method can reduce the cost of production without toxic and harmful solvents and it can realize clean production.
